The opportunity Join the Product Evaluation & Qualification team at Hitachi Energy Semiconductors in Lenzburg.
You will play a key role in developing, integrating, and commissioning advanced electrical test systems used for the characterization, validation, and qualification of power semiconductor devices and modules.
In this role, you will design, integrate, and commission electrical test solutions while collaborating with experts across R&D, laboratories, and external partners.

- How you'll make an impact Develop and integrate electrical test systems for power semiconductor characterization and evaluation Lead the design of solutions for high-power testing applications Commission, troubleshoot, and optimize laboratory test equipment Collaborate with R&D teams to support product development and validation Integrate measurement systems, sensors, power supplies, and automation solutions Define system requirements and coordinate activities with external partners Investigate equipment failures and support root cause analysis activities Create technical documentation, specifications, and test procedures Your background Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or a related field Experience in system engineering, hardware integration, or test engineering Solid understanding of power electronics and electrical measurement systems Hands-on experience with commissioning, troubleshooting, and laboratory equipment Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical drawings Strong communication skills and fluency in English More About Us We pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of competitive benefit programs to support your financial, physical, and mental well-being, as well as your personal development.
