As part of our international recruitment team, you will partner with department heads and hiring managers across Customer Service, Product Development, Marketing, Finance, People & Culture, Category Management, and others. Through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and modern tools, you will deliver a great candidate experience and support initiatives like our Customer Service Casting Days.

- Actively participate in recruitment meetings, driving recruitment initiatives, collaborating on strategies, and supporting the team in achieving hiring goals across different departments
- Drive recruitment efforts across multiple departments, ensuring a seamless process and a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to better understand their recruitment needs
- Leverage a variety of sourcing channels and strategies to identify and attract high-quality and diverse candidates
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' cultural fit and alignment with role requirements
- Utilize your understanding of the market to identify talent for both technical and non-technical roles
- Plan, coordinate and participate in recruitment events, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and effective talent assessment
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to optimize processes based on data and experience
- Represent the company's culture and values when serving as the first point of contact for candidates
- Actively contribute to achieving team goals and aligning with the company's vision
Requisiti
- Minimum 3 years of experience: Talent Acquisition and Recruitment across a variety of roles
- No qualifications/further training required German (Fluent) English (Fluent): French knowledge is a bonus
- Hands-on experience in active sourcing and building talent pipelines using different sourcing channels and tools
- Strong understanding of the recruitment market and the ability to identify and attract talent across a variety of business functions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage hiring managers and candidates
- Proactive approach to building talent pipelines and identifying new ways to improve and optimize recruitment processes
- You thrive in a dynamic environment and can adjust priorities to meet changing business needs
