The role focuses on monitoring project progress , following up on key initiatives , and supporting operational teams in the formalisation of documents, deliverables, and governance materials.

- Track the progress of key projects and initiatives within Group Compliance (milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies).
Responsabilités principales
- Key Responsibilities Project and initiative follow-up
- Track the progress of key projects and initiatives within Group Compliance (milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies).
- Maintain and update project dashboards and trackers, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Follow up with project owners and workstream leads on actions, deadlines, and open points, and escalate issues when required.
- Contribute to the identification of risks and issues, and support the definition and follow-up of mitigation actions. Running projects and workstreams
- Take ownership of smaller projects or specific workstreams within larger programmes (from scoping to delivery).
- Coordinate stakeholders, plan activities, and monitor progress against objectives and timelines.
- Contribute to change management activities (communication, awareness sessions, simple training materials) when relevant. Content preparation and formalisation
- Support operational teams in the formalisation of project documentation (charters, roadmaps, action plans, status reports).
- Prepare and structure presentations and briefing materials for steering committees, management meetings, and other governance forums.
