- Initial practical experience in the Financial Services industry

- Strong analytical and quantitative mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Foundational understanding of programming concepts, gained through academic projects, coursework, or hands-on experience (e.g. Python, R)
- Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
- Global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
- Fluency in English and German, with additional languages being a plus
