- Regulatory Reporting Production and Ownership
- Lead the end‑to‑end production of Swiss and international prudential regulatory returns (e.g. capital adequacy, LCR, NSFR, large exposures, COREP and statistical reports), ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely submission across all in‑scope entities.
- Define and manage the operational reporting calendar, including resource planning and sequencing of monthly, quarterly and annual submissions across different time zones.
- Establish, document and maintain audit‑ready reporting processes, controls and reconciliations that support operational excellence and a high level of data integrity.
- Regulatory Interpretation and Complex Analysis
- Basel III, FINMA Ordinances and Circulars, CRR/CRD and other European, Asian and offshore prudential regimes) to define clear reporting requirements and data rules.
- Perform advanced analyses on capital and liquidity metrics, explaining key movements, trends and sensitivities to senior stakeholders in Finance, Risk and Treasury.
- Design pragmatic solutions for non‑standard transactions and data gaps, balancing regulatory expectations, operational feasibility and long‑term sustainability. Change Management, Projects and Automation
- Monitor regulatory developments across all jurisdictions in scope and assess their impact on reporting architecture, data models and processes.
