- Phone contact with clients for credit management and debt recovery
- Active listening to clients’ situations and identification of sustainable payment solutions
- Negotiation of repayment plans and monitoring of agreed arrangements
- Management and updating of cases in internal systems
- Collaboration with the team to monitor open positions
- Maintaining a professional and empathetic approach even in sensitive situations
- Commercial training (commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification)
- Native German and good knowledge of English
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer listening abilities
