- Compliance Leadership: Ensure export control compliance at the site in close collaboration with the Local Export Control Officer (LECO).
- Administration - Finance Life Sciences - Supply Chain / Operations Contracting Full Time September 2026 - 12 months + extension Trading, Compliance
Responsabilités principales
- & Responsibilities:
- Compliance Leadership: Ensure export control compliance at the site in close collaboration with the Local Export Control Officer (LECO).
- IMCP Management: Take ownership of developing, monitoring, and refining the Internal Management &
- Compliance Program (IMCP).
- Product Classification: Actively support the classification of goods and conduct sanctions list, embargo, and dual-use checks (including releasing blocks) within SAP GTS.

Processus de candidature
- License Management: Handle end-to-end license management, including the application and administration of licenses with the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO).
- Process Optimization & Training: Define, implement, and continuously improve foreign trade processes and lead internal training sessions to foster a culture of compliance.
- Consulting & Projects: Act as a subject matter expert for internal departments and represent export control interests in both local and global projects.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Stay ahead of changing regulations and ensure seamless implementation during operational audits and interactions with authorities. Must Haves:
- Completed commercial education with several years of professional experience in Import, Export or Trade
- Experience in an international industrial environment
- Solid knowledge of Swiss, European and international export control regulations
- Independent, analytical and results-oriented working style with strong communication skills and team- oriented mindset
