Processus de candidature
- Having a comprehensive microfluidic toolbox at hand (and expanding it continuously), we are now inviting applications for highly multiplexed single-cell RNAseq-based antibody discovery.
- The idea behind this project is to exploit transcriptomic data sets for the discovery of new therapeutic antibodies.
- The lab has a very translational focus, running a tech development lab on the EPFL campus and a translational lab in the AGORA cancer research center (with direct access to patient material).
- Furthermore, a strong network of clinical partners in Europe and the US has been established.
- The successful candidate will closely interact with experts in microfluidics and bioinformatics, while spearheading the above project.
- Only applications submitted through the online platform are considered. You are asked to supply: A brief cover letter (pdf, up to 2 pages). And in one PDF: A CV with a publication list. A research statement (pdf, up to 3 pages).
