Responsabilités principales

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a diverse, high-performing modelling team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Develop, maintain, and run Life & Health valuation models across US, Canada, and Latin America , as well as disability models for Australia , ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives
  • Drive financial reporting excellence across US Statutory, IFRS and local statutory reporting frameworks, ensuring compliance and consistency across all regions
  • Design and implement future-ready modelling solutions , anticipating business needs and regulatory changes across multiple jurisdictions
  • Manage strategic relationships with external modelling and technology vendors , ensuring solutions meet business needs, deliver value, and support the long-term evolution of the modelling ecosystem
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Swiss Re's actuarial, finance, and technology teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end modelling capabilities
  • Manage model governance, validation, and documentation standards, ensuring models are robust, accurate, fit for purpose, and supported by transparent, auditable processes.
  • Navigate ambiguity and complexity with confidence, providing clear direction and pragmatic solutions in a rapidly evolving, multi-regional landscape
  • Engage senior stakeholders , communicating complex modelling concepts and results in a clear, compelling, and accessible manner

  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization , navigating complex stakeholder landscapes across geographies
  • The position will be located in our Fort Wayne, IN or Armonk, NY office.
  • Our company uses a hybrid work model requiring at least three days in the office each week, with the option to work onsite full-time if preferred.
  • This position is not eligible for full-time telework or relocation assistance.
  • For Fort Wayne, the estimated base salary range for this position is $146,000 to $244,000.
  • For Armonk, the estimated base salary range for this position is $154,000 to $256,000.
  • The specific salary offered for this, or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget.
