As an Associate-Director in the FX & DA Trading department, you will be in charge of the eFX Spot team.

- Ensuring new hires are properly introduced to the team, the organization, its culture, policies, and their specific roles.
- Performance Management: Setting performance expectations, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and addressing any performance issues.
- Conducting under performance process with the help of your Senior Management and HR Partner. Operational duties: Own the realized risk and PnL Ensure successful and compliant operations
- Monitor orders, trades, overall market conditions, news flow, real-time risk and PnL
- Fine-tune price construction, execution and risk management production systems
