- Exceptional skills in managing complex interfaces and collaborating with senior stakeholders like the CFO and BU leads.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and use business knowledge to make correct and timely decisions.
Entreprise et contexte
- The Global Transformation Lead for Indirect Procurement acts as a strategic member for the Global Indirect Procurement organization, reporting directly to the Head of Global Indirect Procurement.
- In this stand-alone, individual contributor role, you are the architect behind the 5-year aspiration plan, ensuring that the setup and structure are optimized to deliver on global saving initiatives.
- You will lead the Spend Optimization Project, addressing approximately 800MCHF in spend across global categories and the top ten Lonza sites.
- The role of this person is to serve as a high-level interface between procurement, finance, and business leadership to ensure that the strategic setup matches the long-term execution plans.
- You will be the Process Champion for Source to Contract (S2C), prioritizing and following up on Continuous Improvement (CPI) activities as part of Project Sky.
- The hired candidate will be responsible for ensuring a solid plan and implementation for the Business Process Transition.
- You will establish governance for systematic ideation, identify risks early, and ensure timely escalation to senior leadership to maintain project quality and budget.
