- As Project Management Officer & Business Analyst, you will drive governance, portfolio insights, and continuous improvement while enabling informed decision-making and successful project execution. What You'll Do
- Design, govern and continuously improve multi‑project management frameworks, standards and governance for Group Division Innovation (R&D).
- Define, implement and operate project management processes, methods, tools, KPIs and evaluation criteria, acting as the go‑to expert for methodology.
- Perform portfolio, budget and performance controlling analyses; synthesize multi‑source data and recommend actions to support management decisions.
- Own the continuous improvement of methods, standards and tools, identifying root causes and ensuring sustainable adoption across teams.
- Act as a change agent by translating methodological and process-related improvements into compelling narratives for executives, steering committees and project teams, ensuring alignment, buy-in and sustainable implementation.
- Proven experience influencing and enabling cross‑functional stakeholders in a matrix organization.
- Analytical, structured thinking with a problem‑solver mentality.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to translate data and insights into pragmatic recommendations.
