- The Senior Manager partners closely with Regional Finance, Brand Finance, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Product, Controllership, Enterprise FP&A, and executive leadership to ensure margin assumptions are accurate, risks and opportunities are clearly understood, and financial decisions support profitable growth. How you'll make a difference Primary Accountabilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop global Analysts and Senior Analysts supporting AGM, building capability in financial modelling, business partnership, process improvement, and executive communication. Skills for Success
- Experience with SAP, Hyperion, BPC, Power BI, Anaplan, AI-enabled analytics, or similar financial planning and reporting tools preferred. Senior Manager Success Measures
- Effective development and coaching of the Senior Analyst AGM role, with improved analytical depth and decision support.
