- Monitor and manage reinsurance claims for timely and accurate settlement.
- Provide reinsurance expertise and support to internal stakeholders.
- Perform reinsurance reporting and analysis for informed decision-making.
- Actively identify areas for process inefficiencies, improvements, drive the continuous process improvement and standardization.
- Join relevant training sessions to maintain good knowledge of the system, processes and changes.
- Keep SOP/training guides up to date for own role & processes in collaboration with Group Reinsurance Finance & Recovery Team. Additional requirements:
- This position will be dedicated for the US (American) customer and will require occasionally adapting to work according to the US hours as per the team’s shift schedule (9.00-17.00, 11.00-19.00, 14.30-22.30). Candidate’s profile:
- Finance and Accounting, Economy or equivalent academic degree.
