Your Purpose The Digital Analytics Strategy, Testing and CRO Manager will be responsible for driving D2C growth through data-driven experimentation and strategic optimization of our direct digital channels.

You will spearhead our testing and insights strategy to maximize conversion rates, booking volumes and revenue per visitor, while building a best-in-class experimentation practice that delivers sustainable competitive advantage.
