- Define and execute the R&D and technology strategy, translating business priorities into a clear roadmap for innovation and growth
- Drive future competitiveness through technology development, capability building, and strategic partnerships
- Ensure reliable execution of the R&D portfolio, balancing innovation, product development priorities, and resource allocation
- Establish strong technical governance, engineering standards, and decision-making processes across products and systems
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous learning, and customer-focused engineering excellence
- At least 8 years' experience in a similar role and demonstrated success in leading and transforming large, multidisciplinary engineering organizations
- Proven track record in senior R&D, Engineering, Technology, or Product Development leadership roles within industrial or engineering-driven businesses
- Strong experience developing technology roadmaps, innovation strategies, and differentiated product portfolios
- Strategic business mindset with the ability to align technology investments, resources, and capabilities with long-term business objectives
