- Experience building dashboards and utilizing data-driven insights to measure security efficacy.

- As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
- You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
- You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

- Experience in driving organizational change, including the development of new frameworks, processes, and standards for security engineering.
- Negotiate and align priorities with executive stakeholders across engineering, product, and research, resolving conflicting goals and driving organizational consensus.
- Partner with technical leads to translate high-level security objectives into actionable technical roadmaps and project plans.
- Regularly communicate program status, risks, and impact to stakeholders and leadership, fostering transparency and trust.
- Monitor program health using data-driven metrics, proactively identifying roadblocks, and driving resolution to ensure adherence to milestones and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)/Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
- Identify opportunities to streamline engineering workflows, automate manual tasks, and improve overall operational efficiency.
