As the Senior Lead
Distributor Operations, EMEA, you will define and execute the operational strategy for premium footwear, apparel, and accessories across distribution networks in the Region.

- Act as a change agent by leading and innovating the design and implementation of optimized ways of working to elevate distributor operations to a best-in-class standard Your Story
- You bring 8+ years of functional experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management within a premium omnichannel consumer goods brand
- You bring 2+ years of direct people leadership experience guiding operational teams and managing regional or distributor-focused service delivery
- Proven expertise operating within a high-growth environment, navigating complex distribution networks and regional compliance landscapes across EMEA
- Advanced systems capability including intermediate Excel modeling, automated reporting insights, and deep familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft D365
- Professional fluency in English with the ability to articulate complex operational problems concisely to both technical execution teams and senior leadership
- Exceptional problem-solving capability rooted in data analysis and root-cause mapping, with an approach that treats operational setbacks as learning opportunities
- Mobility and flexibility to align schedules and co-create workflows across international matrix environments, partnering with peers across Americas and APAC Your Team
