- Management of the room service and banquet department
- Management of a team of approximately 10 employees
- Coordination and operational implementation of room service activities
- Ensuring the timely and correct delivery of food and beverages to guests Management of personnel Control of orders Ensuring guest satisfaction
- Cooperation with the kitchen and front desk
- Maintaining inventory and ensuring high quality standards
- Ensuring an excellent guest experience with a focus on quality and hygiene standards
- Responsibility for recruitment, training, and development of the team Creating the monthly duty roster
- Placing orders, conducting inventories, and closing daily accounts | Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
