Responsabilités principales

- Ideating and developing new project topics across circularity, process optimization, and client experience.
- Owning internal communication towards the Maisons and Group functions, including newsletters, regular updates, and SharePoint maintenance.
- Preparing internal decision-making documents and high-quality slide decks for senior leadership.
- Building templates and structures to make daily workflows and project processes more efficient.
- Supporting the team with general project management and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- WHO YOU ARE Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Fashion, or a related field A first experience in the luxury or fashion industry is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & French; additional languages are a plus Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A genuine interest in innovation, emerging technologies, sustainability, and the fashion industry Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS PowerPoint HOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING?
