Your Purpose Join MSC Cruises for an exciting internship focused on analytics, performance tracking, and insight generation across two strategic areas: Customer Journey and Our best Programme.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about data analysis, insights generation, and dashboard creation, with a strong interest in improving employee and guest experience through measurable impact.
You will support the development of structured analysis, and follow‑up mechanisms, working closely with Customer Journey and HR department.
