Processus de candidature
- Systematic process window determination based on the application of scientific methods (e.g., DoE – Design of Experiments) to define stable process parameters.
- Conception, design, and continuous optimization of formulation, compounding, and coating processes
- Development, establishment, and optimization of testing and measurement methods using physical and optical measurement systems
- Creation, maintenance, and ensuring completeness of technical documentation (e.g., test plans, protocols, reports, machine logs, specifications)
- Active participation in development and optimization projects as well as technology and market screening of new processes and methods Transfer to series production
- Transferring the developed processes from laboratory status to industrial series maturity, including the creation of necessary documentation and work instructions.
- Identification of causes of process deviations (Root Cause Analysis) and development of corrective measures for existing manufacturing processes.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration: Close coordination with design engineering (mechanical engineering), software development, and product management for the integration of the processes into the overall system. Who You Are
