- The Global Data, Digital & AI (GDDA) organization plays a central role in Roche Pharma Commercial’s digital and AI ecosystem.
- GDDA sets the enterprise digital strategy, translates commercial objectives into a coordinated portfolio of investments, and defines the standards and operating model that enable scalable execution across programs and products.

The Opportunity
- The Portfolio Governance & Integration Lead is the cross-organizational coordination and governance lead for GDDA’s digital portfolio.
- Reporting to the Head of Digital Portfolio Management & Operations, this role ensures that portfolio priorities, decisions, and trade-offs are aligned across the organizations GDDA depends on — including Pharma International (PI), Global Product Strategy (GPS) / US Commercial, Medical & Government Affairs (CMG), Roche Digital Technology (RDT), and Data, Digital, Analytics (DDA) — and that decisions made in portfolio forums translate into clear actions, owners, and follow-through.
- This role owns the interfaces and governance mechanisms that make portfolio decisions executable.
- It manages the relationships, cadences, decision logs, escalation paths, and cross-functional alignment required to keep portfolio priorities moving through a complex matrix.
- The role requires strong operational discipline, stakeholder judgment, and the ability to influence without direct authority. What you will be working on Cross-functional Interface Management
- Act as GDDA’s primary operating interface for portfolio-related coordination with PI, GPS / US CMG, RDT, and DDA.
- Maintain active relationships with partner organizations to understand priorities, constraints, dependencies, and decision needs that affect GDDA’s portfolio.
