- Lead the design, implementation, and support of our Digital Workplace solutions using M365 and other modern digital technologies
- Act as a subject matter expert for digital workplace technologies, providing guidance, technical consultancy and support to users and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure seamless integration of digital tools and platforms to enhance productivity and collaboration in partnership with other IT areas
- Manage and optimize M365 environments, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability
- Proactively identify and address potential issues, implementing preventative measures to maintain system integrity.
- Leverage Artificial Intelligence to enhance digital workplace solutions and improve user experience
- Utilize AI technologies to analyze data and provide actionable insights for optimizing workplace performance
- Explore and integrate AI capabilities in collaboration tools to enhance communication and productivity
