Processus de candidature
- Knowledge or experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in Human Capital or Change Management is a plus, including how AI can enhance employee engagement, learning, communication, and decision-making processes (is an advantage)
- Experience in Project Management and proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders or coordinating cross-functional teams in complex environments is a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally as required.

- Introduce and embed best practice change management frameworks, governance, processes, and tools to support successful organizational transitions and stakeholder engagement at all stages.
- Act as a key team member liaising with client leaders and internal stakeholders to align change initiatives with business objectives and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
