Fox Town Factory Stores is Switzerland's largest luxury outlet, opened in 1995 in Mendrisio (Canton Ticino) and today among Europe's most visited shopping destinations with over 3 million visitors a year. Located at Via Angelo Maspoli 18, 6850 Mendrisio, just 3 km from the Italian border crossing of Chiasso-Brogeda, it is easily reachable from Como (25 km), Varese (30 km), Milan (60 km) and Lugano (20 km). The structure extends over three floors with over 160 boutiques, 15 restaurants and cafés, an in-house casino, a kids area, and multilingual concierge services.

Fox Town hosts the most prestigious international fashion brands at 30-70% off city retail prices: Gucci, Prada, Burberry, Armani, Dolce & Gabbana, Bottega Veneta, Moncler, Tod's, Versace, Balenciaga, Valentino, Fendi, Salvatore Ferragamo, Saint Laurent and many others. Opening hours and how to get there
Open every day of the year from 11:00 to 19:00, including Sundays and public holidays. Only closures: 25 December (Christmas) and 1 January morning. Free parking with 2,500 spaces. By train: Mendrisio San Martino station (TILO line) 800 m away with free shuttle every 15 minutes. Milan Malpensa Airport 70 km (50 min by car), Lugano Agno Airport 20 km.
