Role overview
The Operations Technology department within Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund provides a wide range of IT services for the Migros Group.
The Service Management area acts as an interface between our IT service providers, partners, and companies regarding IT Service Management capabilities and the associated systems.

- Development and enhancement of guidelines, standards, metrics, and processes for the ITSM landscape
- Creating visualizations with dashboards and reports in ServiceNow, PowerBI, and PowerApps (including their support and operation)
- Interest in the development, design, and anchoring of processes, frameworks, and concepts
- Basic knowledge of IT Service Management and initial exposure to PowerBI, PowerApps
Main responsibilities
- Development and enhancement of guidelines, standards, metrics, and processes for the ITSM landscape
- Creating visualizations with dashboards and reports in ServiceNow, PowerBI, and PowerApps (including their support and operation)
- Creating and maintaining documentation, training materials, and how-to guides in the internal wiki
- Supporting the setup of ServiceNow and the specialist areas through requirements gathering, analysis, as well as assisting in organizing and conducting training sessions Requirements
- Initial experience in technology: or completed EFZ apprenticeship in the technology field or knowledge of agile working methods (see SAFe) is an advantage
- Student* (Uni/FH/HF): Bachelor’s or Master’s student (FH/Uni/ETH) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering
- You feel at home in IT and are interested in topics such as the development, design, and anchoring of processes, frameworks, and concepts
- You are familiar with IT Service Management topics and have had initial exposure to PowerBI, PowerApps
- You are used to working independently and in a structured manner and enjoy taking on responsible tasks
- You are a communicative person with a flair for collaboration and can stand in front of teams to share your knowledge German (fluent) English (very good knowledge) What we offer
