- You support hardware life-cycle management from provision to output to laptops, mainframes and other IT tools
- You collect inventory and device data and use it in managing our hardware inventory
Main responsibilities
- You support hardware life-cycle management from provision to output to laptops, mainframes and other IT tools
- You collect inventory and device data and use it in managing our hardware inventory
- You work on hardware orders and support employees in the installation, commissioning and exchange of their IT work equipment
- You carry out standardized hardware work and document your activities according to defined processes and guidelines
Company and context
- You prepare hardware and accessories for new employees and support in the organization and implementation of the Welcome Days
- You check equipment for its readiness to use and support with its reuse, repair or professional disposal
- You will learn and consult user guides, knowledge articles and ICT documentation in Co-Gine Requirements:
- You complete a degree in computer science, business computer science or a similar subject
- You have basic knowledge of hardware, Windows and Microsoft 365 and are interested in the ICT support
- You could ideally already gain first experience with Jira, Co-Gineway or a similar ticket system
- You communicate in German without any style; English skills are advantageous
- You are friendly, professional and service-oriented employees and enjoy direct exchange
- You work reliably, carefully and structuredly and bring a high level of learning and team skills with
- You have a strong A-perception for digital technologies, quickly work on new topics and handle responsibly with devices, data and information We offer:
