As a WLAN Network Engineer (w/m/d), you help to operate and develop one of Switzerland's largest WLAN networks.

- Engineering activities in the versatile wireless LAN for the Migros Group Analysis and elimination of WLAN problems
- Support of the 2nd level support and independent processing of tasks in the field of incident and problem management
- Multiannual experience: in WLAN engineering based on Cisco (Site Survey, Planning, Design, Configuration, Troubleshooting)
- Complete vocational training (EFZ): in computer science, corresponding further training HF/FH/Uni
Main responsibilities
- Engineering activities in the versatile wireless LAN for the Migros Group Analysis and elimination of WLAN problems
- Support of the 2nd level support and independent processing of tasks in the field of incident and problem management
- Working with the current network environment
- Training of employees of our Network Operation Center (NOC) and maintenance of documentation in Confluence
- Coordination of external employees and partner companies in defined topics
Key requirements
- Multiannual experience: in WLAN engineering based on Cisco (Site Survey, Planning, Design, Configuration, Troubleshooting)
- Complete vocational training (EFZ): in computer science, corresponding further training HF/FH/Uni
- Customer-oriented personality with independent and structured working
- Ready for picket service (approx. 10x per year) / night and weekend rates
