Tasks • Proper provision of meat items according to the orders of our butcher and restoration customers • Ensuring a qualitative, quantitative and timely order processing • Coordination and optimization of workflows within the establishment • Compliance with all quality, process and hygiene requirements • Management of internal order forms and triggering of poultry orders • cooperation in projects and support in optimisation measures • Representation of the group leader Rüsterei • compliance with the targets and take over further tasks according to the instructions of the supervisor Requirements • Completed training as a meat specialist or butcher • Good knowledge of meat processing • Good physical condition and resilience • Experience in handling PS and SAP • Self-employed, reliable and careful operation • High quality and hygiene awareness • Good knowledge of German in word and writing • Flexible ready-to-use with regard to working hours and willingness for weekend and public holidays • Friendly, teamable and resilient personality
