- Abgeschlossene Lehre als Gleisbauer:in mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung sowie abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Vorarbeiter:in Gleisbau
- Gültiger Ausweis in der Funktion Sicherheitschef:in sowie Führerausweis Kat. B
Key requirements
- Abgeschlossene Lehre als Gleisbauer:in mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung sowie abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Vorarbeiter:in Gleisbau
- Gültiger Ausweis in der Funktion Sicherheitschef:in sowie Führerausweis Kat. B
- Erfahrung in der Funktion Berufsbildner:in oder Praxisausbildner:in im Nebenamt von Vorteil
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Übernahme von Verantwortung
- Freude an der Vermittlung von theoretischem und praktischem Fachwissen an junge Erwachsene
- Erfahrung im Bereich Planung und Organisation von Arbeitsstellen
- Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenzen, hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft sowie gute MS-Office Kenntnisse

- Responsibility as a full-time vocational trainer for the practical and theoretical training of track construction apprentices in the first year of training
- Supporting and challenging the groups of learners in productive orders on track construction jobs of the SBB and other partner companies in the Winterthur and Zurich area
- Planning and carrying out customer orders for basic training in track construction
- Role model in dealing with young people and in complying with safety regulations
- Ongoing monitoring of the achievement of learning objectives and implementation of qualifications
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of trial apprenticeships on the job sites
- Assistance in the development of training documents This is what you bring with you:
- Completed apprenticeship as a track builder with several years of professional experience as well as completed further training as a foreman Track construction
- Valid ID in the role of head of security and driver's license Category B
