Role overview
TASKS
- Efficient implementation of various logistical activities along the flow of goods from goods receipt through warehouse management and production supply to goods issue
- Creation and management of various documents and documents (e.g.
control center overviews, setup orders, missing parts lists, delivery notes, instructions)
- Perception of the interface function between procurement, planning, production as well as order processing and external service providers
- Recording of material movements using mobile devices in the LVS or ERP system as well their control
- Ongoing quality and process optimization as well as participation in the identification and implementation of improvement ideas
- Carrying out inventories to ensure systemic inventory
- Ensuring compliance with defined processes, quality and 5S standards
- Possibly acting as a deputy for the team leader PROFILE
- Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in organizing, coordinating and completing administrative tasks in the assigned specialist area, e.g.
in Logistics control center, in production planning and general tasks
- Experience in creating set-up orders for logistics employees and external service providers
- Driving license to operate industrial trucks (S2, R1, R2)
- Ability to work under pressure in a structured manner and with the right priority
- Independent way of working with a high sense of responsibility in close consultation with the team leader
- Experience in the area of Lean Management / 5S desirable
- Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English is an advantage
- Willingness to work in different areas Areas of application
