Full description
For the medical / rescue service department, we are looking for a vocational trainer by agreement.
Tasks
- Learning support / coaching of students and contact person for all questions
- Ensuring a high quality standard of practical training
- Active discussion of the technical content of the courses
- Developing learning situations
- Monitoring, documentation and assessment of the level of training
- Exchange of experience with other vocational trainers
- Assistance in the introduction of new employees
Profile
- Professional experience as a dipl. HF paramedics as well as in-depth and up-to-date expertise
- Very good knowledge of SRZ structures and processes
- Excellent organizational skills
- High empathy and good communication skills
- Educational skills and possibly. Training experience
- Joy of participating in exercises / student learning days
