- Planning, coordination and provision of theoretical and practical training and ensuring the achievement of all learning objectives
- Processing of productive customer orders together with the learners
- Securing the operational operation together with the other vocational trainees and further developing the training according to entrepreneurial principles with a focus on the Kaizen philosophy Acquisition of productive orders
- Coordination, implementation and evaluation of trial gauges This is what you bring with you:
- Completed training as an automatic technician:in EFZ or electromechanic:in EFZ with at least two years of professional and production experience
- Good electrical and automation knowledge, experience in PLC programming and ideally electric CAD
- Pedagogical and/or professional training for:to the director:in intercompany courses (üK) or willingness to obtain these in both areas
