Main responsibilities
- Independent and versatile work in Vitreoretinal Surgery for ambulatory and inpatient patients
- Management and further development of the Vitreoretinal Service
- Active participation in education and training with the claim of the highest professional competence and quality of care
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external partners to optimize treatment quality Profile:
- Completed further training as a specialist / specialist FMH for ophthalmology with specialization in Vitreoretinal Surgery
- Several years of experience in Vitreoretinal Surgery and high level of expertise in this field
- High social skills, team skills and leadership skills
- You are a dedicated, service-oriented and reliable personality
- You love dealing with people and communicate openly and transparently
- You work with passion in the team and like to share your knowledge so that we are constantly improving as a team
