- You provide first-class customer service and support our customers with various concerns, such as returns and complaints
- You ensure the high quality of our products
- If necessary, you can also support in other store areas Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience: in the field of flowers/plants
- Completed basic or further training: as a florist or in the retail trade You are customer-oriented and friendly
- You like to work independently and reliably
- You handle customer complaints confidently and communicate happily and effectively
