As a UX Writer in our newly founded team, you write texts that intuitively guide customers through our shop.
You work in four languages and closely with UX Design, Research and Product Development – so that digital experiences work linguistically and sound like Digitec Galaxus.

- You write clear, concise and user-centred UX texts in French and German for a wide range of online shop touchpoints, including navigation elements, buttons, notifications, customer communications, etc.
- You work closely with UX Design, UX Research, Product Development and other language and writing experts to create coherent, seamless user experiences

Main responsibilities
- You write clear, concise and user-centred UX texts in French and German for a wide range of online shop touchpoints, including navigation elements, buttons, notifications, customer communications, etc.
- You work closely with UX Design, UX Research, Product Development and other language and writing experts to create coherent, seamless user experiences
- You make sure that texts are written primarily for people without losing sight of the requirements of search engines and digital platforms
- You will exchange ideas with other language and writing experts and actively contribute to a collaborative and learning team culture. Requirements
- 0-3 years: Multilingual UX Writing (FR/DE) in digital retail/e-commerce
- Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): communication, linguistics, UX, psychology or design
- French is your mother tongue and you have very good knowledge of German (C2 level) for working with multilingual content
- Sound training in communication, linguistics, UX, psychology or design – or a comparable qualification with a focus on digital writing
- Experience in UX Writing in the digital environment
- Strong sense of language as well as the ability to formulate complex content in a simple, understandable and target group-oriented manner French (negotiable) German (flowing) Cosa of friamo
