- Revise existing labour aids in relation to the procedure for events in the army and, where necessary, create new labour aids
- Support for the development of the training concept for crisis unit V
- Support and participate in training and exercises by the Defence Crisis Unit
- A completed or graduating degree (Bachelor or Master) with a specialization in Public Management, Political Science, Law or International Relations
- Ideally, basic knowledge already exists in emergency and crisis management as well as in adult education
- Good linguistic expressive ability, the flair for structured and conceptual work as well as good IT knowledge are prerequisites
- Good oral and written knowledge of at least one second official language
