For the assignments adults we search from the 1. March 2027 for a period of 6 months a motivated person in the team.

Tasks

• You will raise the resources and needs of the clients and develop situation analyses and procedure planning with regard to a work assignment.
• You conduct clarification, consultation and mediation discussions and then accompany the clients during the assignment.
• You are acquiring seats.
• You work with internal and external bodies such as educational offers, assignment companies, assignment bodies (social services, etc.) and all persons involved.
• You write reports and minutes.
• You support our clients half a day per week as part of the internal application support.

• Ongoing studies Social work at a university of applied sciences
• Interest in the field of labour integration and cooperation with clients from different backgrounds
• Motivation to expand your own consulting skills
• Enjoyment of commercial and organizational activities
• Flexibility, teamwork, sense of responsibility and initiative

The assignments of adults in the labour integration division of social institutions and enterprises place adults in social assistance recipients in external assignments in the non-profit sector or in administration and accompany and support the assignees in professional and or social integration.
