• Planning and development of target group-specific learning opportunities for sales employees (private and corporate customers)
• Implementation of specialist and sales training – online as well as in presence – including professional preparation and follow-up as well as participant support
• Participation in the qualification of employees with regard to certifications and recertifications according to the Insurance Supervision Act (VAG)
• Design of digital learning content and blended learning formats using modern didactic approaches
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of training using key figures (e.g. feedback, transfer) and derivation of concrete improvement measures
• Further development of the learning path for new and existing employees in the Market Academy
• Advising and supporting internal speakers in the planning, implementation and optimization of their training formats (train-the-trainer)
• Ensuring quality and continuity in training operations, incl. Taking over internal team representations
• Support in organizational course management (participant coordination, feedback process, SharePoint, LMS) This sets you apart
• Completed vocational training or studies, ideally in adult education, communication, business administration or social sciences
• Demonstrable knowledge in the insurance sector, ideally with practical experience in sales
• Adult education training, e.g. SVEB certificate, is an advantage
• Experience in the conception, implementation and evaluation of training, ideally in the sales or customer service environment
• Safe handling of didactic concepts and learning technologies (e.g. blended learning, e-learning, microlearning)
• Strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with different target groups and stakeholders
• High independence and sense of responsibility in planning and implementing tasks
• Team orientation, openness to feedback and readiness for continuous development
