- Develop, maintain and update procedures, test specifications and T&C workflows to ensure consistent execution
Main responsibilities
- English proficiency is required, German or French language fluent RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, maintain and update procedures, test specifications and T&C workflows to ensure consistent execution
- Coordinate, execute and report system deployments and field tests based on approved on-site test documentation
- Manage configurations hardware and software in the field, ensuring proper documentation and version control
- Record and analyze incidents and follow up on mitigation and corrective actions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, in close collaboration with engineering, project manager and customer
- Plan electrical and mechanical modifications and purchase components in coordination with engineering and project manager
- Perform or support other field activities (testing, limited electrical and mechanical modifications, etc.), including works on the tracks
- Collaborate closely with the customer and the installation teams
