Role overview
The opportunity Join our team as a Territory Sales Manager and support the sales of High Voltage Bushings and On-Load Tap-Changers for transformers produced in our Swiss and Swedish factories.
This role offers an excellent entry point into technical sales within the energy sector.
As part of an experienced and supportive team, there will be the opportunity to build strong product knowledge, develop customer relationships, and gain hands-on experience in managing sales activities across defined markets.

- Min. 2 years' experience in sales, engineering, or a similar role, ideally within energy, electrical, or industrial sectors
- Technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering with an interest in commercial topics
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with customers and internal stakeholders
- Structured and organized working style with attention to detail
Main responsibilities
- Min. 2 years' experience in sales, engineering, or a similar role, ideally within energy, electrical, or industrial sectors
- Technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering with an interest in commercial topics
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with customers and internal stakeholders
- Structured and organized working style with attention to detail
- Motivation to learn, develop and take on increasing responsibility over time
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
- Good command of English and basic to intermediate German; additional languages are a plus
