For our insurance department we are looking for 1. 2026 or by agreement temporarily until the end of May 2027 dedicated support for the administration of the currently numerous claims requests and reports. AID INNENDIENST 80-100% How you can work with us
- Answering telephone inquiries and discharge in customer service
- Processing various customer inquiries by e-mail and telephone
- General administrative work related to the handling of claims
- Mutations and data processing in the damage management system What you bring for it
- Initial experience in the administrative field, insurance experience is beneficial
- High service orientation, resilience and flexibility
- Rapid comprehension and friendly treatment of customers (telephone, e-mail)
- Very good IT affinity (e.g. when dealing with MS Office)
- Open-minded, helpful and committed personality
