As a partner supervisor: in distribution door technology, you accompany the certified distribution partners, architects, planners and processors (scircumbers/metal builders) in the technology transfer towards door technology. He/she ensures that dormakaba products find their way into the sales channels and that the necessary processes and structures are established – internally and externally. The role is the technical and technical bridge between dormakaba and our partners.

A task that counts: Your activities

• Support of the dormakaba target groups in technical and technical matters for door technology (e.g. secure escape route solutions, door closers, panic locks, AHS/DHW).

• Establishment and further development of an efficient sales network in the field of door technology, adapted to the requirements of the sales division.

• technical support for sales in market development and bid preparation
• Support for customer-specific technical issues.

• Support of partners during the project phase until successful introduction into operational operations (implementation support).

• Market observation and analysis: identifying market trends, evaluating opportunities and risks in the field of door technology.

• fostering and developing long-term, trusting partner relationships
• Detailed knowledge about partners and their business models.

An experience that matters: Your profile

• Approximately 3 years of experience in construction or ancillary industry (e.g. door technology, building automation) or with specialist partners (AD/outside service experience very desirable) or approx. 3 years of project management experience

• Experience in property processing and support of existing customers in indirect business
• Ability to convey technical topics in an understandable manner to partners.

• Communication strength, initiative and structured working methods

• Willingness to travel regularly within German-speaking Switzerland – approx. 80%
