From the initial consultation to the targeted placement up to the personal support during the entire application process, we are at your side competently and in partnership. 02 Your task – Design of suitable injection moulding tools and development of the associated production documents – Development and design of new plastic components based on defined technical requirements and internal specifications – Design of the developed components in accordance with production and plastics, including drawing the required drawings Implementation of constructive adjustments and optimizations on existing plastic articles and tools Production and subsequent testing of prototypes using proprietary 3D prototyping technology Developing suitable tools for production, including devices and component holders Accompanying the projects from the first concept phase to the successful transfer to series production 03

04 Your profile – Completed basic training as constructor EFZ, polymechanic EFZ, plastics technologist EFZ or production mechanic EFZ with corresponding further training at the level of HF or FH in the field of mechanical engineering, plastics technology or a comparable technical discipline – Professional experience in the design of injection molding tools and plastic components – Very good knowledge in dealing with CAD and PLM systems – Creative and committed personality with an independent and responsible way of working – Strong service orientation and enjoyment of working together in a team – Flowing knowledge of German and good knowledge of English 05 Worth knowing Thanks to our in-depth knowledge of the industry and our extensive network, we bring together qualified specialists and attractive companies.
