- Whether in the guest room, in the kitchen or behind the scenes: You ensure that the technology in our hotels works reliably. You tackle yourself, coordinate specialist companies and find a solution even if a disruption occurs in the middle of the guest operation. In addition, our teams will support you with occupational safety and fire protection.
- Technology and Maintenance – 60%
- Self-employed repair, maintenance and maintenance work in guest rooms, public areas, kitchens and home equipment
- Supervision and control of technical facilities as well as rapid and discreet resolution of disruptions in ongoing hotel operations
- Cooperation in the planning and implementation of preventive maintenance work
- Coordination and support of external craft and service companies in compliance with safety requirements

Il tuo profilo’
- Completed craftsmanship EFZ, for example in electrical, sanitary or building technology
- Several years of experience in technical maintenance and broad knowledge about building technology
- Training as safety officer and certificate for fire protection
- Joy of tackling it yourself and finding a solution even in the event of unexpected problems
- Independent working methods, good organisational talent and a secure sense of priorities
- Very good knowledge of German as well as a friendly and discreet approach to guests and employees
