In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and independent personality as a service technician. In this versatile function, you carry out service, maintenance and repair work in the field of high and low current for customers from trade, industry and the private sector.
What you move
- Execution of service, maintenance and maintenance services of electrical equipment
- Ensuring professional and high-quality order processing according to the recognized rules of technology
- Creating digital work reports and scale with modern IT tools
- Independent and early order planning and work preparation (AVOR)
- Procurement of materials according to specifications
- Preparation of reports and technical documentation
- Competent advice and instruction of our customers on site
- Care and guidance of learners on the assignments
What you bring
- Completed basic training as electrical installer EFZ or a comparable qualification (recognition ESTI mandatory)
- Advantageous several years of professional experience in the service and maintenance sector
- Category B driving licence
- Good knowledge of fault analysis and troubleshooting
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Enjoyment in dealing with customers and a strong service orientation
- Good organisational skills and forward-looking work planning
- Responsible handling of safety regulations and technical standards
