Tasks
For our division FM at the location of our customer, we are looking for a committed personality as a technical expert door and door (m/f/d) as of 01.01.2027 or by agreement.
- Maintenance and maintenance of manual doors and doors (e.g. swing doors, rolling doors, sectional doors, revolving doors)
- Inspection of fittings, hinges, locks, closers, springs, running rails and castors
- Lubrication, adjustment and cleaning of mechanical components to ensure trouble-free operation
- Testing and maintenance of power-operated/motorised systems (drives, controls, limit switches, safety strips, light barriers, emergency off)
- Parameterization and settings on motors and controls as well as correction of typical faults as part of your qualification
- Tests and maintenance of fire doors and doors in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and regulations incl. Documentation and initiation of repair measures
- Systematic troubleshooting and repair incl. Exchange of defective components and cooperation with electrical specialists
- Safety and functional controls (squeezing and shearing points, emergency releases, escape routes, emergency operation)
- Maintaining maintenance and testing protocols as well as communication with supervisors and customers
- Maintenance of tools, measuring devices and vehicles and participation in training on new systems
Requirements
- Completed training as a mechanic:in, electromechanic:in, electroinstaller:in or automation technician:in
- Good knowledge of electrical engineering, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanics
- Experience in conveying and drive technology as well as in the maintenance, testing and servicing of doors and gates, ideally fire gates/terminations
- Knowledge in the programming of door and door drives is advantageous
- Ability to read and apply technical drawings, schematics and manufacturer documentation
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. safety provisions for power-operated doors/gates, fire safety requirements)
- Service oriented and team capable personality with good physical condition and willingness to work at altitude
- Hygiene awareness and safe handling of hand tools, measuring equipment and simple test equipment
