We are looking for someone for the Tertianum Neuhegi in Winterthur immediately or by appointment
Team management qualified nursing specialist / nursing specialist HF/FH/DNII 80-100% for the protected department
Your tasks
- Personal and professional management of the nursing team
- Responsible for organizing ward processes, implementing work processes and duty scheduling with Polypoint PEP
- Taking on tasks as day-to-day responsibilities
- Planning and leading team meetings and participating in interdisciplinary reports
- Holistic care and support for guests in accordance with our care principles and the care process
- Taking on tasks as a subject in a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network on care quality
- Shared responsibility for recruiting new employees
Your profile
- Completed training to become a qualified nursing specialist FH/HF/DNII or equivalent training recognized by the SRK
- Professional and managerial experience in long-term care an advantage
- Professional experience in dealing with people with dementia desired or interest in further training
- A warm and humorous attitude
- Enjoy a variety of challenges
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German
