Housekeeping Floor Supervisor 100% (m/f/d)
Your everyday work
- Ensuring cleanliness and value preservation throughout the house
- Control of rooms and public areas, including the spa area
- Coordination of all workflows in housekeeping
- Conduct of briefings for employees and support in training planning
- Ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
- Assistance for trainees, trainees and trainees
- Support in the lingerie and cooperation in monthly and semi-annual inventories
What we want from you
- Training as hotel specialist EFZ or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in the hotel industry as well as in a similar position of advantage
- High standards of cleanliness and order
- Flexible, resilient and communication-strong personality with a strong team spirit
